I regret to inform you that although the Wasp3D Express Free Edition has been successfully installed on our system, we are facing several issues with its functionality: 1- my asset store is showing nothing 2-wax service is not running by default screen shot attached of my store asset [attach]16[/attach][attach]17[/attach][attach]18[/attach][attach]19[/attach][attach]20[/attach][attach]21[/attach][attach]22[/attach]

Dear Wasp User, We have reviewed the case and it appears that the templates may not have been downloaded at the time the issue was initially reported. However, we can see that the templates were downloaded later, and they should now be visible under your categories. Please let us know if you need any further assistance — we’ll be happy to help.
