Since material library is not part of the standard installation. So you will not be able to see it. You can create your own material library or wait as we will be uploading the material library for community version in shortly.

There is no 'new material' library. The 2014 Edition has some new material types that are part of the new features.
As far as a material library goes, the users typically build their own library - If you have a specific material in mind - post your requirement and we might be able to help you with it.
