Zaheer, The model you have created in the 3rd party software should have Bi-Normal tangents enabled on them. So when you are exporting the FBX you would need to select Export Bi-Normal tangents.

Mandeep, i am using cinema 4d here is no Bi-Linear tangents option when export fbx.

ZaheerThis can be done for DAE and .FBX only. not for .X or 3DS.
