Noise Interpolator creates a wiggle effect on the object on the respective transformation tracks. It produces a continuous turbulence effect in the nodes transformation (Scaling, Rotation , Translation).

This User Guide shows user can create wiggle animations in design scenes with Noise Interpolator.
