Lathe is a very fast method of getting a 3D object model by simply revolving a silhouette of the 2D Shape spun around the X,Y or Z axis creating polygons hence making a 3D Shape.
User can create and use lathe object to create pie graphs as well.
The below video shows how user can create 2d polygon line to create a 3D object using the Lathe extended object.
