Motion Trails effect creates a trail of object(s) behind the animated object along its trajectory. Length can be defined using the Motion Steps and Motion frame parameters. Fade of trail can be defined using the Trail Transparency graph. User can enable or disable the Motion Trail for an object at runtime using the Motion trail action. This helps user to give more control on the object animation in the scene.

It can be applied to any 2d or 3d primitive created or imported in the design scene. The motion trail only works on the Translate, Rotate and Scale of an object and not on parametric changes.

The below tutorial shows the functionality of Motion Trail as well as Motion Trail Action.
