To convert Sting Server into Full Screen Mode In 5.9 version you have to simply double click on the particular window and the same will become full screen.
To get back to seeing both Preview and Program windows, double-click on the server and vice-versa.
Whereas in Version 6.0 onwards, right-click on the sever and select "Hide Preview" or "Hide Program" as required to make the other window visible in full screen mode.
